Our philosophy and our goal are to turn your ideas, visions and demands into an individual design that takes account legal requirements and state-of-the-art technology. Our expertise in barrier-free and handicapped accessible construction as well as in residential, commercial and kindergarten construction has already been applied to many designs in both refurbishment and new development projects.
We have more than 25 years of experience – 20 of which working independently-in design and construction management which we will gladly apply to your project.
Additionally, we advise international businesses on implementing construction projects in Germany. In these cases, we deal mostly with aligning the desired design with local requirements (e.g. building regulations, monument protection, local statutes), processing building applications or local construction management as “local architect”.
